What are the common dosages of Generic Nizoral?

The recommended dose of Nizoral is one tablet of 200mg daily. If sufficent clinical response is not indicated the dose can be increased to a maximum of 400mg daily. A single daily dose of 3.3 to 6.6 mg/kg is recommended for children above 2years of age.
