Terfenafine tablets should not be taken along with Nizoral drug. Nizoral is contraindicated in pregnancy and in nursing women. The use of Nizoral is not recommended in pediatric patients below 2 years of age. Nizoral should be taken at evenly spaced intervals to maintain a constant level in the body. The treatment with Nizoral may take several days and so advised to continue taking medicines for the prescribed time to avoid reinfection. The use of Nizoral drug can cause polymorphic ventricular tachycardia and fatal ventricular fibrillation with drugs like terfenadine, astemizole and cisapride.
